Speak in Confidence
Talking about how you feel is one of the hardest and difficult things we can do. But it is not a race, we slowly explore what is keeping you from being happy with yourself, to overcome emotions, feeling and traumatic events.
Everything in the room is confidential and stays between us.
If for any reason I feel I need support in working with you some of the context will be taken to my supervisor, but you name will never be mentioned, as the aim is not to talk about you but to develop a better process of working with you. Helping us both work together to mover you to were you want to be.
Easier said than done. This is not about forcing how you feel but learning to find confidence in accepting your emotions. Letting them be over you with an understanding what they are telling you.
Finding your own words for how you feel
We can often react to how we feel and then feel shame and guilt for that. By understanding what this is and where it comes from can help you take hold of your experience in life. Developing skills in compassion for yourself and other and not being afraid to say how you feel.
